- 20 oz. chopped spinach

- 1/2 cup onion (diced)

- 3 eggs

- 2 egg whites

- 1/2 tsp garlic (granulated)

- 1 cup Dairy Free Parmesan Alternative - I used FOLLOW YOUR HEART CHEESE PARMESAN VEGAN GRT 5OZ (Amazon affiliate link)

- 1 tsp Salt

- 1/2 tsp cayenne
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer (Affiliate Link) to 350 degrees. Cook spinach according to the package. Drain well. Squeeze dry in a strainer. Make sure it is chopped spinach. If not, chop it with a knife.
In a food processor, add gluten-free, dairy-free ALEIA'S BEST. TASTE. EVER. And breakdown to breadcrumb consistency.
Add dairy-free alternative butter spread, spinach, onion, eggs, egg white, gluten-free dairy-free ALEIA'S BEST in a bowl. TASTE. EVER. Savory Stuffing Mix, Romano cheese, salt, garlic, and cayenne. Mix well.
Form into small meatballs about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on waxed paper on a baking sheet (Affiliate Link). Then, place in the freezer to freeze for about 1 hour. Then, transfer to a bag and freeze.
After frozen or after formed, place on a non-stick air fryer (Affiliate Link) tray. Place in the air fryer (Affiliate Link) at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until golden brown and firm - turning at the halfway point.
Notes
When ready to cook them, pull them from the freezer and add 5-10 minutes to the cooking time you need them.
