Description
This easy-to-make and delicious ground turkey and brussel sprouts recipe works well for any weeknight dinner. It also helps increase your intake of fiber, and it's perfect for a low-carb dinner you can make in less than 45 minutes. Try it for yourself.
Ingredients
1 - 1.5 lb of ground turkey
1 pack 16 oz frozen Peppers and onions
2 TBSP of Rotisserie Chicken seasoning
2 TBSP Olive Oil (Affiliate Link)
1 lb Brussels Sprouts, shredded bag
Instructions
Pull out all the ingredients. Add olive oil (Affiliate Link) to the skillet.
Empty the frozen peppers and onions, season with the 1 TBSP Rotisserie Chicken seasoning into the hot skillet, and cook for 5 minutes.
Then add the ground turkey and Season with the 1 TBSP Rotisserie Chicken seasoning. Break up and cook the turkey. Cook for 10 minutes.
Then empty out the shredded brussel sprouts bag. Add a pinch more of the 1 TBSP Rotisserie Chicken seasoning. Cook for another 10 minutes or until wilted.
