- 1 lb chicken thighs Boneless skinless (cut into 1 inch or smaller pieces
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of red onion chopped
- 1 cup of water (enough to cover the pasta when all ingredients are in the slow cooker (Affiliate Link))

- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Add the chicken to the Instapot and saute until there is no pink.
- Add red onion and saute for 2 minutes.
