Description
Easy low carb dinner dish for tonight's meal.
Ingredients
- 1 TBSP of butter
- 4 button mushrooms
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion cut in half
- 1 red pepper sliced 1/4 inch
- 2 Perfect Portion Ribeye steak from Wegmans
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet. Prep the veggies: cut the onions in thin slices then cut the round onion in half. Slice the red pepper in 1/4 thick pepper strips, thinly slice the button mushroom. Season both sides of the ribeye with salt and pepper.
- Add butter, let it melt. Then add the onions, red pepper, and mushroom. Cook for 5-7 minutes to soften the veggies.
- Separate the veggies to the outer part of the skillet then place in the opening the seasoned thin ribeye steak. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn the steaks over then move the onions, pepper, and mushroom from the sides to the top of the meat. Cook for another 5 minutes. If it is a little to dry, you can at another 1 TBSP of butter.
- Serve immediately.
