KETO Style Rib Eye Recipe with Red Peppers, Onions, and Mushroom

Ingredients
1 TBSP of butter
4 button mushrooms
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion cut in half
1 red pepper sliced 1/4 inch
2 Perfect Portion Ribeye steak from Wegmans
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat a large skillet. Prep the veggies: cut the onions in thin slices then cut the round onion in half. Slice the red pepper in 1/4 thick pepper strips, thinly slice the button mushroom. Season both sides of the ribeye with salt and pepper.
Add butter, let it melt. Then add the onions, red pepper, and mushroom. Cook for 5-7 minutes to soften the veggies.
Separate the veggies to the outer part of the skillet then place in the opening the seasoned thin ribeye steak. Cook for 5 minutes.
Turn the steaks over then move the onions, pepper, and mushroom from the sides to the top of the meat. Cook for another 5 minutes. If it is a little to dry, you can at another 1 TBSP of butter.
