Description

Easy dessert that can be made for anyone who loves chocolate. 


Ingredients

  • 12 oz unsalted Butter softened
  • 1.5 cups Sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (Affiliate Link)
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease 9 inch round pan and 1 loaf pan.
  3. Cream butter and sugar in a mixer (Affiliate Link). Add vanilla extract (Affiliate Link).
  4. Add eggs gradually and beat thoroughly after each addition.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
  6. Alternate adding milk and flour mixture slowly to the butter mixture. Then mix for 2 minutes till light and airy.
  7. Transfer the mixture to the pans. Bake for 1 hour.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
  9. Melt 2 tablespoons of Nutella in the microwave bowl for 30-45 minutes or until watery.
  10. Drizzle on the top of the cake and serve.
