Easy dessert that can be made for anyone who loves chocolate.
Ingredients
- 12 oz unsalted Butter softened
- 1.5 cups Sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (Affiliate Link)
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease 9 inch round pan and 1 loaf pan.
- Cream butter and sugar in a mixer (Affiliate Link). Add vanilla extract (Affiliate Link).
- Add eggs gradually and beat thoroughly after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
- Alternate adding milk and flour mixture slowly to the butter mixture. Then mix for 2 minutes till light and airy.
- Transfer the mixture to the pans. Bake for 1 hour.
- Let cool for 10 minutes and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of Nutella in the microwave bowl for 30-45 minutes or until watery.
- Drizzle on the top of the cake and serve.
