Description
Taco Mac and Cheese with beans and tomatoes can be made with any mac and cheese starter. Since William-Sonoma discontinued this product, you can use your favorite brand and add the remaining ingredients.
Ingredients
- Williams-Sonoma Taco Mac and Cheese starter
- Milk (as the package instructs) though I used soy milk light
- Butter (as the package instructs) though I used dairy-free butter
- 1 can of Black Beans (rinsed)
- 1 can of drained diced tomatoes
- 1 pound of elbow (Affiliate Link) pasta (I used gluten-free elbow (Affiliate Link) pasta)
Instructions
- Make the pasta as instructed.
- Rinse the tomatoes and the black beans.
- After the pasta is finish, rinse and add the ingredients of the package, the milk, and butter and mix well. Then, add the tomatoes and black beans and mix.
