Recently, I was talking to someone about kitchen multipurpose small appliance gifts ideas. These are gifts that have more than one purpose in the kitchen. I love these types of gifts because people with tiny kitchens can easily incorporate them into their everyday lives. The problem is they are hard to come by. But, the times are changing and I am seeing more and more manufacturers offering these multipurpose items. Here are three multipurpose small appliance gifts I found this holiday season! Please note these are affiliate links through Amazon, and at no additional cost to you, I will earn an affiliate fees if you decide to make a purchase.
The first one I found was a coffee maker and tea kettle all in one. This is great for a couple that loves both coffee and tea. OXO On 12 Cup Coffee Maker & Brewing System
The second one I found was a tried and true one. A KitchenAid Mixer. This is great for your baker friends. KitchenAid KSM150PSER Artisan Stand Mixer with Pouring Shield, 5 Quarts, Empire Red - One of my favorites! When we first got married, my husband bought me one for Christmas even though I am not a baker - he is. So, technically, he bought it for himself. =) That's OK because I enjoy his baking.
This one has lots of different attachments that are adding to the top front to help minimize space in one's kitchen. Too many to list here so I created a post just for the attachments. It's a great gift idea since it isn't as expensive as the mixer. Stay tuned!
And, this one is one I am thinking of getting. Instant Pot IP-DUO60 7-in-1 Programmable Pressure Cooker, 6Qt/1000W, Stainless Steel Cooking Pot and Exterior, Latest 3rd Generation Technology - This is great for anyone with a tiny kitchen who has a slow cooker. It is a pressure cooker, a slow cooker, a rice cooker, a yogurt maker, and a steamer & warmer! Crazy right? I have all of these counter appliances in my kitchen. It's a little taller than my smaller crock pot and the reviews are pretty good. I can just image how much space I will be saving in my cabinets. =)
I hope these small appliances help your family member or friend make their holiday season! What multipurpose small appliance do you have in your kitchen? Is there any you would recommend from the above? Please share your comments below. I look forward to hearing from you.

I totally want the Kitchenmaid mixer (my husband is reading over my shoulder)...there is a point where a man buying appliances for his wife is a good thing. ha ha.
I'm trying to think of what I have now that's multi-purpose, but really there isn't anything. They all seem to have one job only. Not very efficient on my part. Thanks for the ideas.

Valuable list of small appliance gift considerations. I'm done with gift buying, except for my granddaughters. I hope I will remember this useful suggestion next year Sabrina!

I wish I used my Kitchen Aid mixer more, but I would love to get the pasta maker attachment for it. They're great appliances that is for sure. I was recently sent a blender and soup maker combo appliance from a client that I have yet to try out, but I do love soup, so it will be interesting to explore the possibilities.
Sabrina
I agree, Jeri. It's one of my favorites too. You will like next week's post about KitchenAid mixer attachment. There are so many, I needed to create a post just for them. =)

Hey Sabrina,
I have that mixer and WHEN I use it, it's perfect!!
Sabrina
Thanks for commenting, Ilene! The mixer is one of my favorite. It lasts forever!

I'll take one of each! Actually my favorite right now is my Vitamix blender. It wasn't cheap, but I use it almost every day, for all kinds of things.

They all look great Sabrina, but I'm definitely taking a closer look at that coffee/tea combo - what a great idea! Thanks. 🙂

The pressure cooker looks pretty interesting. My mom used to use one but it was an old fashioned one that looked like it would explode and splatter the ceiling at any moment. I've never had one partly because of that memory.

I am not much about having many appliances, but the coffee pot/tea kettle seems like a really great product.
Thanks for sharing this with us.

I like the Instant Pot. I am going to have to check that one out. I love my slow cooker (which is getting close to the end of its days). I don't have a pressure cooker but at times wish I did. And a yogurt maker, rice cooker, steamer and warmer too - sounds fantastic.

A coffee maker sounds right up my street! I am sure I prefer the smell of coffee to actually drinking it!

Hi Sabrina, I like the last one best - the 7-in-1 Pressure Cooker. You're right about the space-saving features. I've never used a pressure cooker so not sure about that but like the crock-pot and steamer features. Thanks for sharing.

We're on the same wavelength, Sabrina! We just bought a toaster over for a friend this week. I love small appliances and use them all the time. My fav is my toaster oven, but I also love the George Foreman grill, my foldable griddle, and my waffle iron. Cheers!
