Make your own icing or buy a KETO icing you like. This recipe doesn't include an icing recipe.
Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese (soften)
- 1/2 cup butter unsalted (soften)
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (Affiliate Link)
- 1 cup monk fruit
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups almond superfine flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup of your favorite KETO Buttercream Icing
Instructions
- Add butter, cream cheese.
- Mix in one egg at a time. Mixing together well.
- Add heavy cream, add flour, baking soda, and baking powder together slowly.
- Cut a piece of parchment and lay in a 9 x 9 pan.
- Add the batter to the pan.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the center comes out clean with a toothpick.
