Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese (soften)
  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted (soften)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (Affiliate Link)
  • 1 cup monk fruit
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups almond superfine flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup of your favorite KETO Buttercream Icing

Instructions

  1. Add butter, cream cheese.
  2. Mix in one egg at a time. Mixing together well.
  3. Add heavy cream, add flour, baking soda, and baking powder together slowly.
  4. Cut a piece of parchment and lay in a 9 x 9 pan.
  5. Add the batter to the pan.
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the center comes out clean with a toothpick.
