Description
Apple and walnuts are great inside cakes. This one is incredibly delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 box Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix - Wheat free (by Wegmans)
- 8 whole walnut pieces
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of apples (cup)
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 4 tbsp of shortening
- 1 1/2 tsp of water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon (Affiliate Link) ground
Instructions
- Preheat the oven 350 degrees as per the packaging.
- In the mixer (Affiliate Link), mix the almond milk, egg, shortening, water, vanilla, cinnamon (Affiliate Link) in the bowl.
- Add the gluten-free flour vanilla cake mix.
- Cut the apple into cubes and add them to the mix.
- Spray the Bundt pan with nonstick spray. Then add the 8 walnut pieces if you want.
- Place the batter in the Bundt pan evenly.
- Place it in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Pull out and let cook for a few minutes.
- Then, turn upside down on a plate and cool. Add confectioner sugar on top to add sweetness.
- Cut and enjoy.
