Description

Apple and walnuts are great inside cakes. This one is incredibly delicious. 


Ingredients

  • 1 box Gluten Free Vanilla Cake Mix - Wheat free (by Wegmans)
  • 8 whole walnut pieces
  • 3/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of apples (cup)
  • 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp of shortening
  • 1 1/2 tsp of water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (Affiliate Link) ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven 350 degrees as per the packaging.
  2. In the mixer (Affiliate Link), mix the almond milk, egg, shortening, water, vanilla, cinnamon (Affiliate Link) in the bowl.
  3. Add the gluten-free flour vanilla cake mix.
  4. Cut the apple into cubes and add them to the mix.
  5. Spray the Bundt pan with nonstick spray. Then add the 8 walnut pieces if you want.
  6. Place the batter in the Bundt pan evenly.
  7. Place it in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Pull out and let cook for a few minutes.
  9. Then, turn upside down on a plate and cool. Add confectioner sugar on top to add sweetness.
  10. Cut and enjoy.
