Apple and walnut pair so well in a dessert so it was natural for them to be added to this cake to spice up the vanilla gluten-free cake box I had in the kitchen.
While I enjoy Wegman’s brand Gluten Free Vanilla Cake, I found that I wanted to make something a little tastier. So, the Apple and Walnut Bundt Cake was born.

It’s also a great option to bring to a friend's or family member's home as a surprise or pot luck. Read on to see how easy this cake is to make for you and your family. Happy baking!
