When organizing independently, do you come across projects and don't know where to start? Do you feel overwhelmed and lost on how to break up the tasks to finish the goal quickly and easily? Do you need accountability to complete a project in your home or office? This service is for you!
Note: The clients for this service must be a little tech savvy and know how to use iOS FaceTime or Zoom.
How can virtual organizing help me achieve my goal?
There are several vital takeaways when doing virtual organizing consultations. Below are the essential ones.
- Accountability is one of the main reasons to do virtual organizing. A Professional Organizer(PO) will help you stay focused and not be overwhelmed.
- You can pick the PO that works best for you. Virtual organizing consultations allow you to choose someone who works better with your organizing style since they do not need to be near you.
- Having two people looking at a goal will give you more task options to observe which step will work best for your situation.
- Streamlining steps in priority order will give you direction when doing the task, resulting in a faster completion time.

What are virtual organizing consults?
It is a nonjudgemental accountability session to keep your focus and stay on target with your home, life and work organizing goals. With the PO, you will set goals and create strategies and steps to achieve the determined goals. Every week, you will communicate with the PO to help you know what this week's tasks are and discuss any obstacles you may have.
What Sabrina’s Organizing virtual organizing services offer?
I offer three options for virtual organizing services. The first one is One(1) Room Virtual Organizing Service. The second virtual organizing service is for all the other more specific Micro Goals you may have. And the third one is an Accountability Service.
One(1) Room Virtual Organizing Service
The Virtual One(1) Room Virtual Organizing Service will help you organize one space in one month. You can read more about this at the bottom of this page.

Who would benefit from Virtual Organizing?
Virtual Organizing sessions are great for busy DIYers who need direction but can do it themselves or have help from family or friends to finish an organizing goal.
Depending on your goals, this on-the-phone or iOS Facetime or Zoom call is for anyone who needs inspiration and direction while decluttering their life. I recommend that you have an updated phone.

How does the Micro-Goals and Accountability session work?
Each Micro-Goals and Accountability session has an initial ½ hour call to discuss your goals.
Then, we would set up recurring meetings weekly for ½ hour or 1 hour, depending on your needs. The number of recurring meetings will depend on the type of project.
Note: supplies may need to be purchased if you do not have the right product for the goals. I will give you a list of products and where to purchase the products on our calls.
We then talk, and you will start getting the tasks done. I will assign a small task for you to do at each call. Nothing too large unless you want it to be. Each week we will discuss how the organizing went for you if there were any obstacles, how you felt about the task, and the next steps.
That's it. It's quite easy. Rest assured; I will be there to support you with no judgment.
How does a Virtual One(1) Room Organizing Session work?
Are you ready to clear out that room that is bothering you? This session is specifically designed to organize one(1) room from decluttering to organizing in just 1 month. It includes four ½ hour sessions. This includes:
- A 30-minute session of goal-setting to determine the strategy
- a one-page "Solutions" report
- Three 30-minute phone sessions during the decluttering progress to set small goals for the next week and discuss how it is going
Before the first session, I would need at least four(4) photos, one of each wall in the room you are organizing, emailed to me so I can see the space we will be working on before the session.
For our first meeting: we will discuss your roadblocks, goals for the room, and your need for the place. After the initial goal-setting discussion, I will furnish you with a short Solutions Report that pinpoints the tasks and what needs to be done to meet your goal.
In the coming weeks, we will set up three(3) half-hour sessions with tasks and discussions to complete the decluttering room goal.
Note: Depending on how long the decluttering and reorganization takes, more than 1 hour may be needed. If so, we can determine that then.
How much are these virtual organizing sessions?
The cost ranges depending on your goals and how long it takes to finish them. If you are looking at decluttering an entire home one room at a time, you will have more sessions.
If you are looking for smaller, more specific micro-goal or accountability tasks, it may be only a few hours of virtual consulting.
For all virtual organizing services, prepayment is required. But, for larger ongoing projects, the payment can be made monthly. You will be more accountable for completing the job by prepaying the sessions.
I accept checks mailed to my office or PayPal.
Note: if you postpone or stop in the middle of the goal's scheduled sessions and there are at least 3 attempts by me (via email) to reschedule with no response, there will not be a refund.

Hands-on organizing versus virtual organizing
While hands-on organizing and virtual organizing are similar, there are some distinct differences you need to be aware of.
A hands-on organizing session will give you extra hands to do different tasks to get the job done. Using a hands-on Professional Organizer(PO) may make more sense if your goals are moving furniture around or assembling things.
While a virtual organizing session may work better for people with specific micro goals that need detailed attention, these goals could be more time-consuming and, as a result, will save you money because you will be doing the work instead of having a body double there doing it with you.
