Easy Broccoli Rabe Meatballs Recipe for freezing for later or eating it now with tomato sauce (Affiliate Link)


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb pork, veal, beef ground mixture
  • 5 Tbsp Romano Cheese
  • 10 oz frozen Broccoli Rabe (thawed, cooked, and pressed to remove excess liquid)
  • 1/2 cup onions finely chopped
  • 4 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 2 pieces of garlic
  • 3 eggs scrambled
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  3. Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop out some of the mixes and make it into a ball. Then, place it on a parchment paper (Affiliate Link) cookie sheet (Affiliate Link). Repeat until you are finished making the meatballs.
  4. Then, bake in the preheated oven at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Turning the meatballs in 20 minutes.
