Easy Broccoli Rabe Meatballs Recipe for freezing for later or eating it now with tomato sauce (Affiliate Link).
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork, veal, beef ground mixture
- 5 Tbsp Romano Cheese
- 10 oz frozen Broccoli Rabe (thawed, cooked, and pressed to remove excess liquid)
- 1/2 cup onions finely chopped
- 4 Tbsp dried parsley
- 2 pieces of garlic
- 3 eggs scrambled
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop out some of the mixes and make it into a ball. Then, place it on a parchment paper (Affiliate Link) cookie sheet (Affiliate Link). Repeat until you are finished making the meatballs.
- Then, bake in the preheated oven at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Turning the meatballs in 20 minutes.
