Description
Easy weeknight dinner and can be put together quickly.
Ingredients
- 2 flatbread (I used whole wheat flatbread)
- 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup of plum tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup of cooked smoked chicken thigh and leg (pulled apart and shredded)
- 1 cup of 1/2 mozzarella
- 1/2 Mexican mix shredded cheese
- 1 tsp of parsley
- 1 tbsp of hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp of granulated garlic
Instructions
- Preheat 400 degree.
- Mix the hot sauce and the smoked chicken thigh and leg shredded.
- Then, start to assemble. First start with shredded cheese. Put half of the cheese on each flatbread. then add the onion, then add the tomatoes (half on each flatbread). Then sprinkle the garlic and parsley on top.
- Put on a heated stone in the oven for 6-8 minutes or until melted like this.
