Oatmeal cookies with a twist.
Ingredients
- 1 stick and 1/2 butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar (Affiliate Link)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3 cups pressed oats (regular)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels (optional)
- 3/4 cup Blueberry flavored cranberries (your favorite flavor) like Ocean Spray(R) Craisins Dried Cranberries Blueberry Juice Infused
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
- Add flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice in a separate bowl and mix well.
- Add oats, chocolate chips, and blueberry-infused cranberries, mix well.
- Using a tablespoon or a small ice cream scooper, put a drop of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet (Affiliate Link).
- Bake 8 to 10 or until light golden brown. Cool, 1 minute on cookie sheet (Affiliate Link). Move to a wire rack and cool to cool completely.
