Oatmeal cookies with a twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 stick and 1/2 butter
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar (Affiliate Link)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 cups pressed oats (regular)
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels (optional)
  • 3/4 cup Blueberry flavored cranberries (your favorite flavor) like Ocean Spray(R) Craisins Dried Cranberries Blueberry Juice Infused

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until creamy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice in a separate bowl and mix well.
  5. Add oats, chocolate chips, and blueberry-infused cranberries, mix well.
  6. Using a tablespoon or a small ice cream scooper, put a drop of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet (Affiliate Link).
  7. Bake 8 to 10 or until light golden brown. Cool, 1 minute on cookie sheet (Affiliate Link). Move to a wire rack and cool to cool completely.
