Description
Oatmeal cookies are unique and easy to make, especially this one.
Ingredients
- 1 stick and 1/2 butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar (Affiliate Link)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1.5 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon (Affiliate Link)
- 3 cups pressed oats (regular or gluten-free flour)
- 1 cup cranberry dried
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup coconut dried
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars in the mixer (Affiliate Link) until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
- Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon (Affiliate Link) in a separate bowl and mix well.
- Add oats, coconut, and cranberry, mix well.
- Using a tablespoon and put drop of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet (Affiliate Link).
- Bake 8 to 10 or until light golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet (Affiliate Link). Move to a wire rack and cool to cool completely.
