Easy cobbler for a party or a Sunday meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cans 21 oz Gluten-Free Lucky Leaf (R) Premium Fruit Filling & Topping
- 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 cup Gluten-Free Oats
- 3/4 tsp of Cinnamon (Affiliate Link)
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar (Affiliate Link)
- 2/3 cup Melted Butter (1/3 cup for mix and 1/3 cup for drizzle on top)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Pour the cans of apples on the bottom of a nonstick 9 x 13 baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, add the flour, oats, cinnamon (Affiliate Link), and brown sugar (Affiliate Link), butter and mix.
- Then sprinkle on top of the apples evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
