Description

Easy cobbler for a party or a Sunday meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans 21 oz Gluten-Free Lucky Leaf (R) Premium Fruit Filling & Topping
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 cup Gluten-Free Oats
  • 3/4 tsp of Cinnamon (Affiliate Link)
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar (Affiliate Link)
  • 2/3 cup Melted Butter (1/3 cup for mix and 1/3 cup for drizzle on top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour the cans of apples on the bottom of a nonstick 9 x 13 baking pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, add the flour, oats, cinnamon (Affiliate Link), and brown sugar (Affiliate Link), butter and mix.
  4. Then sprinkle on top of the apples evenly.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
