One of my favorite desserts is Apple cobbler. It's sweet and tart and definitely satisfies my sweet tooth. But because of my home's gluten issue, I prefer gluten-free desserts. So, I modified my apple cobbler recipe and made this gluten-free version. I am calling it "Easy Gluten Free Apple Cobbler."
Gluten-Free Apple Cobbler Ingredients:
2 cans 21 oz Gluten-Free Lucky Leaf (R) Premium Fruit Filling & Topping
1 cup Gluten-Free Flour
1 cup Gluten-Free Oats
¾ teaspoon of Cinnamon (Affiliate Link)
⅓ cup Brown Sugar (Affiliate Link)
⅔ cup Melted Butter (⅓ cup for mix and ⅓ cup for drizzle on top)
Gluten-Free Apple Cobbler Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour the cans of apples on the bottom of a nonstick 9 x 13 baking pan.
Add the flour, oats, cinnamon (Affiliate Link), brown sugar (Affiliate Link), butter, and mix in a separate bowl.
Then sprinkle on top of the apples evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. (This is how it looks when it is lightly brown.)
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
