One of my favorite desserts is Apple cobbler. It's sweet and tart and definitely satisfies my sweet tooth. But, because of the gluten issue in my home, I prefer gluten-free desserts. So, I modified my recipe apple cobbler recipe and made this gluten-free version. I am calling it "Easy Gluten Free Apple Cobbler".

⅔ cup Melted Butter (⅓ cup for mix and ⅓ cup for drizzle on top)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour the cans of apples on the bottom of a nonstick 9 x 13 baking pan.
In a separate bowl, add the flour, oats, cinnamon, and brown sugar, butter and mix.
Then sprinkle on top of the apples evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned. (This is how it looks when it is lightly brown.)
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
