Description

Easy pancake recipe you can make right now or during pumpkin season. 


Ingredients

  • GF pancake mix double batch (2.5 cups) + 3 TBSP to make it thicker
  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1.5 cups cashew milk
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 tbsp egg whites
  • 4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 5 oz (half a bag) of Tollhouse Pumpkin Spice Morsels

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients above in a bowl and stir until mixed. 
  2. Let sit for a few minutes while the waffle iron (Affiliate Link) heats up.

  4. Pour some of the mix onto the heated waffle iron (Affiliate Link) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
