Ingredients
- GF pancake mix double batch (2.5 cups) + 3 TBSP to make it thicker
- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1.5 cups cashew milk
- 6 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 tbsp egg whites
- 4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 5 oz (half a bag) of Tollhouse Pumpkin Spice Morsels

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients above in a bowl and stir until mixed.
- Let sit for a few minutes while the waffle iron (Affiliate Link) heats up.

- Pour some of the mix onto the heated waffle iron (Affiliate Link) according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Serve hot.
