Description
If you are looking for something without sugar in it, this one uses monk fruit.
Ingredients
- For Streusel:
- 2/3 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 cup monk fruit
- 1 tsp blackstrap molasses
- 1 tsp cinnamon (Affiliate Link)
- 6 tbsp butter unsalted softened
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips Stevia - I used Lily’s
- For cake:
- 1 box of Swerve vanilla cake - make as the box instructed
Instructions
- Make the streusel, add all ingredients but the molasses, mix well, add molasses with a form stir in and place in a bowl then set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9 by 9-inch baking pan.
- Make the Swerve vanilla cake.
- Pour the streusel on top.
- Place in oven bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is firm.
