Description

This delicious dinner recipe you can make using chicken thighs. 


Ingredients

  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 3 TBSP Gluten Free Soy Sauce (low sodium)
  • 3 TBSP Dark Brown Sugar (Affiliate Link)
  • 1 TBSP Granulated Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 TBSP Olive Oil (Affiliate Link)
  • 8 pieces of boneless skinless chicken thighs

Instructions

  1. Add all the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Marinate covered for at least 1 hour up to 8 hours.
  2. Add to hot grill for 10 minutes on each side. Cook for about 20 minutes. Let sit and make the salad.
  3. Serve with salad and grilled zucchini.

Equipment

Notes

If you want to grill the zucchini, be sure to cut the pieces into 1/2 inch or thicker. Cooking time is about 10 minutes or less. Turn them over half way through cooking time. The thicker the pieces the longer it will take to cook.
