Description
This delicious dinner recipe you can make using chicken thighs.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp minced onion
 - 3 TBSP Gluten Free Soy Sauce (low sodium)
 - 3 TBSP Dark Brown Sugar (affiliate)
 - 1 TBSP Granulated Garlic
 - 1 tsp Ground Ginger
 - 2 TBSP Olive Oil (affiliate)
 - 8 pieces of boneless skinless chicken thighs
 
Instructions
- Add all the above ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Marinate covered for at least 1 hour up to 8 hours.
 - Add to hot grill for 10 minutes on each side. Cook for about 20 minutes. Let sit and make the salad.
 - Serve with salad and grilled zucchini.
 
Notes
If you want to grill the zucchini, be sure to cut the pieces into 1/2 inch or thicker. Cooking time is about 10 minutes or less. Turn them over half way through cooking time. The thicker the pieces the longer it will take to cook.
