Easy Grilled Rosemary Garlic Lemon Chicken Thigh recipe to make for dinner tonight or for family guests.
Ingredients
- 3 Tbspoons fresh rosemary chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 3 Tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil (Affiliate Link)
- 1 1/2 lb chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Chop fresh rosemary and set it aside.
- Mince the garlic and set it aside.
- Measure out the rest of the ingredients.
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Add the chicken thighs to a hot, cleaned grill.
- Cook on the grill for 30 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
- Let cool for a few minutes, and slice and serve with a salad.
Notes
The more you marinate it, the better the chicken becomes. So, if you need to do it before you go to work, feel free.
