Description

Easy Grilled Rosemary Garlic Lemon Chicken Thigh recipe to make for dinner tonight or for family guests.


Ingredients

  • 3 Tbspoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 3 Tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil (Affiliate Link)
  • 1 1/2 lb chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Chop fresh rosemary and set it aside.
  2. Mince the garlic and set it aside.
  3. Measure out the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and marinate for 1-2 hours.
  5. Add the chicken thighs to a hot, cleaned grill.
  6. Cook on the grill for 30 minutes, turning every 15 minutes.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, and slice and serve with a salad.
