Description

Easy low carb KETO Freezer Meal Mini Meatloaf to make and freezer friendly


Ingredients

  • 3 LB ground beef (organic) - high fat
  • 1/2 yellow onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 bag 2.5 oz Pork Rinds Pink Himolian flavor
  • 2 TBSP Basil (dried)3 TBSP Parsley (dried)
  • 1 TBSP granulated garlic
  • 3 TBSP Romano Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper (if you prefer)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
  2. Chop 1/2 yellow onion (finely chopped). Set aside.
  3. In a food processor, add 1 bag 2.5 oz Pork Rinds Pink Himolian flavor. Pulse until breadcrumb size.
  4. Mix all the ingredients above together and form into mini loaves to make 7 or 8 meatloaves.
  5. Place on a lined parchment paper (Affiliate Link) cookie sheet (Affiliate Link).
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.Let sit for 15 minutes then enjoy.

Notes

Pick and choose your different fillings. Some options are black olives (sliced) or various types of cheeses.
