Description

These are super easy and can freeze well in the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (organic)
  • 1/4 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 TBSP Homemade Ranch Seasoning - no sugar

Instructions

  1. Add Ground Beef, chopped onions and two tablespoons of your favorite KETO style ranch seasoning. I used a combination recipes from Add A Pinch blog and Whole30 blog. Whichever one you pick or make your own, be sure to not use sugar in your ranch seasoning. What's great is that these recipes make way more than you need so you can easily store the rest for future recipes.
  2. Combine the burgers into 4 quarter pounder burgers. Please two next to each other on wax paper about a quarter from the bottom at the tear. Then fold the wax paper over the top of the burgers.
  3. Then, please the other two burgers on top of the wax paper on top of the other two burgers. The wax paper should be between each set of burgers. This will keep them from freezing together.
  4. Move the remaining wax paper on top of the second layer of burgers. Wrap the sides and place in a freezer zipper bag. Be sure to press out the air as much as possible. Write on the bag, the number of burgers, what seasonings you used, and the date you made it. This will remind you what is inside the bag when everything is frozen. Then, freeze on a flat surface in the freezer.
  5. That's it. A note about defrosting. When you defrost it, placing in the refrigerator and defrost it slowly works best. Place it on a plate so if the baggie isn't sealed properly no excess blood will seep from the bag and damage your shelves (Affiliate Link) or contaminate other foods.
