This easy low-carb dessert uses simple ingredients you can find anywhere and is delicious to bring to a party or enjoy at home.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ricotta
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (Affiliate Link)
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2/3 cup monk fruit
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup of mini dark chocolate chips (I used this one)
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Add all ingredients together and mix well.
- Grease glass 5 inches by 12 inches or larger pan for thinner pieces.
- Add the batter to the ban.
- Bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean in the center.
- Let cool.
