Description

This easy low-carb dessert uses simple ingredients you can find anywhere and is delicious to bring to a party or enjoy at home.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ricotta
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (Affiliate Link)
  • 1 tsp lemon extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup monk fruit
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup of mini dark chocolate chips (I used this one)
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Add all ingredients together and mix well.
  3. Grease glass 5 inches by 12 inches or larger pan for thinner pieces.
  4. Add the batter to the ban.
  5. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean in the center.
  6. Let cool.
