Description

Planning is important. Make a list of the items you want to get. And, ask guests to bring one topping to share.

Ingredients

  • A variety of cheeses in 3 to 4 oz cups each one for each pizza - Mozzarella, Soy cheese, Feta, Mozzarella ball
  • A few bowls of Veggies like Broccoli and spinach
  • Different types of spreads like Tomato sauce (Affiliate Link), artichoke spread, pesto, roasted red pepper spread, and garlic
  • Make a delicious salad or have someone bring one
  • Get 10-15 personal size round pizzas or buy ones like Boboli and Pocket-Less Pitas
  • Have three to four bowls of meat and meatless toppings, like Chicken, Pepperoni, Turkey Pepperoni, and Tofurky

Instructions

  1. Setup the bowls in advance. Place them on a tray and store in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  3. Place two personal sized pizzas on a cookie sheet (Affiliate Link).
  4. Have each person decorate their own pizzas. If you have two trays in the oven, you can bake 4 personal sized pizzas on two trays. Then bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  5. Pull them out and let them sit to cool.
  6. Transfer them to a cutting board (Affiliate Link) for guests to use to cut their pizza.
  7. Place the salad next to the cutting board (Affiliate Link) so people can grab some salad as well.
