Description
It's an easy recipe we love to make with a bit of parmesan cheese for an added cheezy flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 lb of russet potatoes cut into 3/4 inch pieces
- 1/2 tbsp granulated garlic
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tbsp of olive oil (Affiliate Link)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat 400 degrees.
- Cut the potatoes into 3/4 inches cubes. Then toss with the granulated garlic, parsley, and olive oil (Affiliate Link). Then put the potatoes into a baking dish or cookie sheet (Affiliate Link). I like the glass type. It crisps up nicely.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Then use a spatula and turn them over. Then, bake for another 20 minutes. Then, pull it out and toss it with Parmesan Cheese. Put it bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes. When you pull it out, it should be crisp and the cheese will be melted.
