Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Recently, I made London broil for my husband's birthday.  So, to go with the meat, I decided to make these Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes. It's easy and not difficult to make.  And, comes together really easily.  And, did I mention, yummy!  Really yummy!

Here's how I made it.

I started with the ingredients:

2 lb of russet potatoes cut into ¾ inch pieces
½ tablespoon - 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 tablespoon dried parsley
2 tablespoon of olive oil
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

ingredient for potatoes

Easy Instructions:

Preheat 400 degrees.

Cut the potatoes into ¾ inches cubes.  Then toss with the granulated garlic, parsley, and olive oil.  Then put the potatoes into a baking dish or cookie sheet.  I like the glass type.  It crisps up nicely.

Bake for 20 minutes.  Then use a spatula and turn them over.  Then, bake for another 20 minutes.  Then, pull it out and toss with Parmesan Cheese. Put it bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes.  When you pull it out, it should be crisp and the cheese will be melted. Here is the cooked  Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes.
