Pineapple Banana Gluten Free Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 Yellow Gluten Free cake mix
  • One stick of butter (softened)
  • 2/3 cup of Water
  • 2 tsp Gluten-Free Vanilla
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 pineapple slices (Affiliate Link)
  • 2 tsp ground Cinnamon (Affiliate Link)

Instructions

  1. Mash bananas first.
  2. Add softened butter, water, vanilla, eggs and mix well.
  3. Add cinnamon (Affiliate Link) and cake mix.
  4. Add the pineapples.
  5. Pour into two 9 inches greased round pans. Bake for 40-46 minutes. Cool completely.
  6. Turn over and remove from pans onto a serving dish.
  7. Place one layer down, ice the top. Then add the top layer and ice the top and sides.

Notes

Your favorite vanilla icing or Cream Cheese is recommended.
