Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
 - 1 Yellow Gluten Free cake mix
 - One stick of butter (softened)
 - 2/3 cup of Water
 - 2 tsp Gluten-Free Vanilla
 - 3 Eggs
 - 4 pineapple slices (affiliate)
 - 2 tsp ground Cinnamon (affiliate)
 
Instructions
- Mash bananas first.
 - Add softened butter, water, vanilla, eggs and mix well.
 - Add cinnamon (affiliate) and cake mix.
 - Add the pineapples.
 - Pour into two 9 inches greased round pans. Bake for 40-46 minutes. Cool completely.
 - Turn over and remove from pans onto a serving dish.
 - Place one layer down, ice the top. Then add the top layer and ice the top and sides.
 
Notes
Your favorite vanilla icing or Cream Cheese is recommended.
