Yummy salted chocolate brownie.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (liquid)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (Affiliate Link)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup monk fruit
- 3/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mini morsels (Libby's)
- 3 TBSP butter (melted)
- (Himalayan Salt for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Mix all the wet ingredients. Then add the dry ingredients. Only mix till combined. Note: If it seems dry or too thick, try adding 1/4 cup of water at a time to help it to be looser.
- Bake 50-55 minutes or until dry on top and poke a toothpick in, and it should come out dry.
- Let cool completely and then sprinkle a little Himalayan salt on top as a garnish before serving.
