Description

Yummy salted chocolate brownie.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (liquid)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (Affiliate Link)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mini morsels (Libby's)
  • 3 TBSP butter (melted)
  • (Himalayan Salt for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all the wet ingredients. Then add the dry ingredients. Only mix till combined. Note: If it seems dry or too thick, try adding 1/4 cup of water at a time to help it to be looser.
  3. Bake 50-55 minutes or until dry on top and poke a toothpick in, and it should come out dry.
  4. Let cool completely and then sprinkle a little Himalayan salt on top as a garnish before serving.
