Description

Easy Slow Cooker (Affiliate Link) Chicken Chili Recipe that you can do right now and enjoy tonight for dinner. 


Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts whole about 1 lb
  • 2 cubed zucchinis
  • 1/2 large onion chopped
  • 4.5 oz can of sweet green chilis
  • 16 oz. can of cannellini beans - rinse and drain
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cups of chicken broth

Instructions

  1. No need to brown the chicken breast, place the chicken breast into the slow cooker (Affiliate Link).
  2. Then add the cannellini beans to the slow cooker (Affiliate Link).
  3. Chop the onion and add it to the slow cooker (Affiliate Link).
  4. Add the green chili peppers. Make sure they are chopped already. If not, you will need to chop them up before tossing them into the slow cooker (Affiliate Link).
  5. Add the cumin to the slow cooker (Affiliate Link). Then, add the salt and pepper.
  6. Now, add the broth and stir.
  7. Cook on low for 5 hours.
  8. Shred up the chicken and then add the cubed zucchini. Cook for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour until the zucchini gets nice and green. Then, turn off the slow cooker (Affiliate Link) and enjoy!
