I have made many turkey chili recipes but haven't shared my chicken chili recipe with you! This week's chicken chili recipe is done in a slow cooker and easy to make. Follow along and learn how I made this excellent weeknight dinner meal for the family.

Oh, yes! I freeze many of my white chili recipes. You will need it to cool first; then, you can bag it up and place it in the freezer for another time! Great for those busy weeknight quick heat-up dinners.
What Ingredients are in this Chicken Chili Recipe?
I'm glad you asked! This recipe has straightforward ingredients.
Three chicken breasts whole about 1 lb
Two cubed zucchinis
½ large onion chopped
4.5 oz can of sweet green chilis
16 oz. can of cannellini beans - rinse and drain
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 cups of chicken broth
How to Make Chicken Chili?
There is no need to brown the chicken breast; place the chicken breast into the slow cooker .
Then add the cannellini beans to the slow cooker .
Chop the onion and add it to the slow cooker .
Add the green chili peppers. Make sure they are chopped already. If not, you will need to chop them up before tossing them into the slow cooker .
Add the cumin to the slow cooker . Then, add the salt and pepper.
Now, add the broth and stir.
Cook on low for 5 hours.
Shred up the chicken and then add the cubed zucchini. Cook for about ½ hour to 1 hour until the zucchini gets nice and green. Then, turn off the slow cooker and enjoy!
