Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flat oats
- 1 cup kale
- 1/4 cup Pineapple chunks (Affiliate Link)(Frozen)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon (Affiliate Link) (ground)
- 3 cubes of Candied Ginger (to taste)
- 1 cup Soy Milk or Almond Milk
Instructions
Mix all the above ingredients in a two serving cup NutriBullet or blender.
Leave on for 30 seconds.
Remove and transfer to two 12 oz glasses.
