Description

Easy and delicious Spinach Balls Recipe that you can enjoy at a party or as a snack or light dinner. 


Ingredients

  • 1.5 sticks butter (softened)
  • 20 oz. chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup onion (diced)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 cup herbed seasoned stuffing
  • 1 cup romano cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic (granulated)
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne

Instructions

  1. Cook spinach according to package. Drain well. Squeeze dry.
  2. In a bowl, add butter, spinach, onion, eggs, egg white, herbed seasoned stuffing, romano cheese, salt, garlic, cayenne. Mix well.
  3. Form into 1/2 - 1 inch balls. Add to wax paper on a cookie sheet (Affiliate Link).
  4. Refrigerate while preheating the oven at 350 degrees.
  5. Make ahead, freeze for 1/2 hour then place in a baggie to freeze for later.
  6. When ready to bake, place on parchment paper (Affiliate Link) on a cookie sheet (Affiliate Link) for 30 minutes. Turning after 15 minutes.
  7. Let sit for a few minutes. Serve with honey mustard dip.
