A delicious and easy dish for any weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken thighs (boneless and Skinless)
- 1 TBSP Herb De Provence (affiliate link)
- 1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
- 2 Cloves garlic minced
- 3 TBSP olive oil (affiliate link) and 1 Tbsp Clarified Butter
- 1 whole lemon juice (squeezed)
Instructions
- Add to a gallon baggie, chicken, herbs, dijon, olive oil (affiliate link) and lemon juice. Marinate 20 mins or overnight for more flavor.
- Heat skillet with 2 TBSP of Ghee, let melt.
- Add the content of the bag into the skillet. Situate in the skillet so they are not overlapping.
- Cook covered for 15 minutes. Then remove lid for 5 more minutes to reduce the liquid and then brown.
