Description

Easy tropical smoothie with greens - a great way to add more greens to your diet. 


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cucumber cut longways into quarters then cut into chunks
  • 1 cup dark baby greens (organic)
  • 1 cup of tropical fruit blend frozen (organic)
  • 1 Dairy-Free Isagenix Vanilla Chai 2.2 oz pack
  • 12 oz of water

Instructions

  1. Wash the fresh produce.
  2. Cut up the cucumber longways into quarters then cut into bite-size chunks
  3. Add the greens to the blender.
  4. Add the cucumber to the blender.
  5. Add frozen fruit to the blender.
  6. Add dairy-free Isagenix Vanilla Chai or your favorite protein shake.
  7. Add 12 oz of water depending on your smoothie thickness preference.
  8. Blend for at least 30 seconds.
  9. Drink right away and enjoy.
