Ingredients
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 5 cups Cabbage thinly sliced
- 1 can of Black beans
- 2 cans of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup carrots or baby carrots chopped
- 1 med onion chopped
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (Affiliate Link)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Optional cooked Gluten Free cooked meatballs or other cooked meat
Instructions
- Thinly slice the cabbage and set it aside. Peel and cut the carrots into slices. Add both to the slow cooker (Affiliate Link).
- Add the rinsed black beans can. Make sure to rinse the beans before adding.
- Add the diced canned tomatoes next.
- Then, add the rest of the ingredients - vegetable broth, chopped onion, tomato paste, garlic powder, basil, oregano, marjoram, sage, thyme, and pepper, and stir in the slow cooker (Affiliate Link).
