Vegetable Cabbage Bean Soup Ingredients:
4 cups vegetable broth
5 cups Cabbage thinly sliced
1 can of Red beans
2 can diced tomatoes
1 cup carrots or baby carrots chopped
1 med onion chopped
.5 oz Portobello mushroom (dried) Soak before chopping
3 tbsp - 1 can tomato paste (your preference)
2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper
No salt while cooking, add at the end.
Vegetable Cabbage Bean Soup Instructions:
Add vegetable broth, thinly sliced cabbage, red beans, diced tomatoes, chopped carrots, chopped onion, Portobello mushroom chopped, tomato paste, garlic powder, basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram, sage, thyme, and pepper and stir in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
