Make the Gnome Hats with Foam Core Board.

Cover Gnome Hat With Holiday Cardstock

Trim off excess cardstock.

Add Ribbons to cover edges of the Foam Core Board Triangles.

Cover the soup can with peel and stick felt. Glue the triangle heat inside the can at the wooden stick.

Cut the Gnome Hair fur for Beard. Glue under the triangle hat. Then, glue the nose on top of the beard.
