First, we had to do repairs. 

Then, we had to clean the brass feet.

We sanded the chairs. 

Then, we cleaned the wood to get ready for the stain.

We added the new fabric to the chair cushions.

We stained and added a coat of Poly to chairs.

We added the chair cushions to the stained chairs.

Then, added the brass feet to the chairs.
