Description
Easy roasted vegetables with butternut squash, sweet potatoes, and carrots.
Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes
 - 1/2 Butternut squash
 - 2 Sweet Potatoes or Yams
 - 5 Carrots
 - 1 medium Onion
 - 8 Tbsp of Olive Oil (affiliate)
 - 2 Tbsp Parsley (dried)
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 - 1 tsp granulated Garlic
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
 - Peel and cut butternut, potatoes, yams, carrots, and 1 onion.
 - Place in a large bowl and add olive oil (affiliate), parsley, salt and pepper (to taste), and granulated garlic. Mix well.
 - Place on cookie sheet (affiliate) and bake in oven 40-50 minutes. Turn them over half way through the cooking process.
