Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Peel and cut butternut, potatoes, yams, carrots, and 1 onion.
- Place in a large bowl and add olive oil (affiliate), parsley, salt (affiliate) and pepper (affiliate) (to taste), and granulated garlic. Mix well.
- Place on cookie sheet (affiliate) and bake in oven 40-50 minutes. Turn them over half way through the cooking process.
