There are lots of side dishes at the Thanksgiving Day table. To continue my series on Thanksgiving side dishes, this one is my favorite. You can bring them to other's home for a potluck or you can make it as a side for your home dinner. This easy roasted vegetable recipe can be made anytime. My mother gave me this recipe years ago and I have been making it ever since.
Easy Roasted Vegetables Recipe Your Family Will Love
Ingredients:
2 Potatoes
½ Butternut
2 Sweet Potatoes or Yams
5 Carrots
1 medium Onion
8 Tbsp of Olive Oil
1 -2 Tbsp Parsley (dried)
Salt / Pepper
1 tsp Granulated Garlic
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Peel and cut butternut, potatoes, yams, carrots, and 1 onion.
Place in a large bowl and add olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper (to taste), and granulated garlic. Mix well.
Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven 40-50 minutes. Turn them over halfway through the cooking process.
