2 English cucumbers (chopped into 3/4 inch square pieces)
1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
1 large red pepper (chopped into 3/4 inch square pieces)
1 cup of cherry tomatoes (cut in a half)
1 whole ripe avocado (chopped into cubes)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp to Tbsp juice of a lime
1 juice of a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
