Tip for planning dinner for the week:  Make at least 3 meals on Sunday morning. Refrigerate Monday/Tuesday's meals and freeze the rest of the week's meals.

This recipe has bell peppers, stewed tomatoes, chicken bone broth, tomato sauce, frozen cauliflower rice, and herbs and spices.

Tip:  Add up all the ingredients quantities (onions, peppers, garlic, etc....) and cut them simultaneously, then place them in separate bowls to measure out when making the recipes. 

This recipe uses pumpkin puree, black beans, frozen corn, diced tomatoes, green chilies, chicken broth, and spices.

Tip:  You don't need to defrost your vegetables; place them in the pot while cooking.
