Herbed Artichoke Chicken Thighs Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 can no salt tomato diced drained
One can of artichokes in water drained
1 small onion, chopped
½ cup kalamata olives
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
¼ cup dry sherry wine
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon garlic granulated
One teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme (Affiliate Link)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Herbed Artichoke Chicken Thighs Recipe Instructions
Combine all the above ingredients in a slow cooker. Mix thoroughly.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the chicken thighs are no longer pink.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp garlic granulated
- 1 tsp dried basil

- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
