We love soups at Sabrina's Organizing, especially in the colder months. I hope you come back and check out our soup recipes. The first soup recipe is Turkey Meatballs with Egg Noodles Soup. You can make this with homemade meatballs or buy store-bought. Either will work.

Turkey Meatballs with Egg Noodles Soup Ingredients:
2 teaspoon olive oil (Affiliate Link)
3 leeks cleaned and chopped
2 carrots peeled and chopped
1 clove of garlic minced
One stack of celery chopped
1 lb turkey meatballs (sauteed)
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoon dried thyme (Affiliate Link)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
2 tablespoon dried parsley
4 cups of vegetable broth
4 cups of chicken broth
1 cup frozen green peas thawed
1 package of egg noodles
Turkey Meatballs with Egg Noodles Soup Instructions:
Cut veggies as instructed above.
Heat oil and saute leeks, carrots, garlic, and celery to a dutch oven (Affiliate Link) and transfer to a plate.
Brown and cook meatballs.
Then, add the cooked veggies back to the dutch oven (Affiliate Link). Now, add bay leaves, thyme, salt, pepper, and parsley to the Dutch oven (Affiliate Link).
Add vegetables, chicken broth, and peas. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, partially covered for 10 minutes.
Return to a boil and add noodles. Cook for 10 minutes or until egg noodles are just tender.

That looks amazing. What fresh noodles you have there . I am a big fan of soup... some of my favorites are a beef vegetable and a tomato bisque. I just enjoy the smell of it simmering - and the fact that it typically makes wonderful leftovers for a busy night:)
