I call it my "Easy and Delicious Potato Salad for a crowd." And, a bonus to help you make the potato salad, I created a video for you. This recipe serves 8 - 10 people.
My husband's family would make potato salad all the time. Their recipe is very similar to this one. But, I like to to add capers to mine which a lot of other cooks do as well. It gives the dish a tanginess that is perfect for a potato salad.
I also love to add dijon mustard to the recipe because it adds a unique flavor the the salad.
If you like smoked paprika, you can add it too as a garnish. If not, just use regular paprika for color.

This is very similar to my recipe, including the Dijon, but I've never tried capers in potato salad. It sounds wonderful!
