sausage and broccoli rabe recipe

When growing up, I had my fair share of broccoli rabe. It is a little bitter, but if you buy it in season, you will see why Italians love broccoli rabe. This Sausage and Broccoli Rabe recipe is one I modified from my mom's version. It's delicious on quinoa or rice or even pasta.

Ingredients:

1 - 1 ½ lb Pork or Turkey Sausage
One bunch of Broccoli Rabe (chop is smaller pieces and remove stems)
3 Garlic Cloves
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
One teaspoon Red Pepper
Serve with pasta, couscous, rice or quinoa
