We are in full-force cookie swap season. This one is quick and easy to do. These pizzelles are one of my kids' favorites. We have made them each year for the last 20-plus years. It has been a family tradition in our household even before kids. We enjoy them so much that we make a huge batch of them to share with family and friends. It's always a success. This year, we decided to dip some of them in chocolate. It's so easy to do and gives the pizzelles a wonderful added flavor. Here's how we made them.

Chocolate Covered Pizzelles Instructions
Follow the directions on the recipe that comes with the pizzelle iron.
Make the pizzelles and let cool.
Melt chocolate in the microwave or double boiler.
Dip the tip of the pizzelles in the chocolates and let cool.
