It's great when one recipe can be used for two different dishes. This recipe is the second recipe that can be created with the Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe Keto Style, and it's a quick dish and perfect for a weeknight family meal. This Keto Buffalo Chicken Pizza recipe was super easy to make and only took half an hour to do, and most of the time; I was waiting for the cauliflower pizza to cook and cool down.
This recipe does not include blue cheese. While I love it, my husband is not a fan. So, we kept it off for this recipe.
When making a prepackaged cauliflower pizza, be sure to follow the directions. While they are lovely to enjoy for a quick night meal or a Saturday game night treat, they do take time. So, allocate the time, and it is not the last-minute whip-together dish you may think.

Simple Ingredients to Make Keto Buffalo Chicken Pizza Recipe:
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tsp Frank's Hot sauce
¼ cup chicken broth
One cauliflower crust, I used Cali'Flour foods LLC.
½ cup buffalo chicken from last week: Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe Keto Style
½ cup shredded Mexican blend cheddar
1 tablespoon chives minced
Easy Instructions to Make Keto Buffalo Chicken Pizza Recipe:
Preheat the oven as per the instructions for the prepared crust.
Make buffalo chicken dip recipe.

3 chicken breasts (seasoning: 2 cups Bone Broth, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika)
1 block of Cream Cheese (original - full fat) - softened
No sugar added Ranch dressing - I used Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing
½ cup of Frank's Red Hot
1 tablespoon butter
½ - ¾ cup of shredded Mexican blend cheese for topping
2 tablespoon chives for garnish
Then, set some of it aside.
Make the sauce for the pizza.
In a small saucepan, place tomato paste, chicken broth, and hot sauce. Mix well to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off and set aside.
Prep the pie crust.
Make the cauliflower according to the packaging. Let cool to firm up.
Spread the tomato paste mixture on the pizza.
Add the Buffalo chicken dip to the pizza.
Add 1 cup buffalo chicken dip spread on the pizza. If you make our recipe, you do not need to use all the dip. Just use a little of it and make the rest as a snack later.
Add shredded cheese to the pizza.
The last step is to add shredded Mexican blend cheddar. You can make your own mix with a variety of other cheeses. Be sure it is shredded, though.
Add chives (optional)
You can add chives if you want a little onion flavor. Place the chopped chives on top of the pizza.

There are some other things you can add to this pizza for extra flavor. Below is a list.
- Olives
- Fresh parsley
- Pepperoni
- Mozzarella shredded or slices
- Blue Cheese crumbles
- Minced garlic
It's time to bake!
If you use a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up, then add the pizza to it. If you do not use a stone, place it on the rack or baking sheet (Affiliate Link). Then, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Enjoy! What do you think? I found that the crust needed to get slightly cool to firm up. It was best to cut after it cooled better also. The Buffalo chicken dip used as a topping gave the pizza a little spice and a wonderful flavor. I will be making this one again for the whole family.
